2. Registration and Payment

• Respectful Behavior: All campers must behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and the camp environment. Bullying, harassment, or violence will not be tolerated.
• Prohibited Items: The following are not allowed on campgrounds: drugs, alcohol, weapons, fireworks, or any dangerous items.
• Property Damage: Campers are responsible for any damage caused to camp property or facilities.
• Curfew: Campers must adhere to the designated camp curfew and stay within the camp premises during camp hours.
5. Photography and Media Release
• Permission to Photograph: By attending the camp, participants agree to be photographed and filmed for promotional materials. If you do not consent to this, please notify the camp administration in writing before the camp begins.
6. Camp Modifications
• Program Changes: [WWCT] reserves the right to modify the camp schedule, activities, or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, staffing, or safety concerns.
